Using our state-of-the-art CNC Lathes, we are capable of machining long round parts such as shafts, spindles, pins, tubes and rings. We have numerous CNC lathes from leading manufacturers such as Doosan, Hyundai, and Mazak, which are capable of machining common metals like steel and iron as well as soft metals like aluminum, copper, bronze, and even plastic.

Our lathes have spindle capacities up to 24 inches, contain multiple turrets, and produce power outputs up to 50 HP. Typical products produced range from pump housings, bearing housings, shafts, hose fittings, bushings to valve parts, sheaves, pulleys, clevises, ferrules, and impellers covering industries such as industrial, military, agricultural, fluid handling, construction and transportation.
