Kittatinny Manufacturing has extensive experience machining castings of many types, ranging in size from a few ounces to over 2,000 lbs. We machine castings made of gray iron, ductile iron, steel, brass, and aluminum. Our staff will work directly with the foundries to provide our customers the service they need. Typical products include pump housings, gear boxes, bearing housings, valve bodies, and adapter plates.

In addition to the casting work, we supply parts made from solid bar stock, plate steel burnouts, tubing and steel weldments. We can do high volume production runs, but we also regularly machine single piece orders. This includes manufacturing the prototypes and fixtures our customers need to get a new item into production.
